Read this if you are Resistence: FoM fan!

I love this game and when I read the documentary I loved it even more. The story line is envloved with true events that happened in the late 19th century and mostly in 20th century. What left my attention and I couldn't believe when they mentioned about the close encounter in Feb/1942 in Los angeles. I thought it was all bull****but I searched in google for every event that I couldn't believe and it appears to be true. Then the fictional part comes with the chimera's invation.

The game didn't mention any part of the true events that happened in the 20th century but Insomniac could atleast publish a limited version of the game that has the documentary or I don't know maybe come up with ideas. I wish Resistence 2 could add some of the true events.

I think it would've been tight if the game had a special edition with like a DVD documentary talking about the strange events, as well as like an art book. I would've gotten it.

Anyway, the sequel that has been rumoured is supposedly called Resistance Rise of Man. I hope Insomniac works on the next Ratchet and Clank game straight away after Tools of Destruction, as IMO Ratchet and Clank owns Resistance, even though I love Resistance.

It would be good if there was some sort of half human half chimera leader (although isnt tht what they are anyway?) sort of like like crow in timesplitters 3 when he becomes splitter crow

insomniac is working on rachet and clank right now so theres doubtt they even started on the next resistance.

insomniac is working on rachet and clank right now so theres doubtt they even started on the next resistance.

Insomniac has grown for this gen. They plan on doing a resistance game, rachet game, restance, etc. Therefore its safe to assume Resistance 2 has been pre-devlopment since last november -> once R&CF: ToD is released it will go into full devlopment, and pre-devlopment of the next Rachet game will begin !

excactly what i got from ted price he specifically said trilogy, same with ratchet. Ideally he wants a game ever year, but we'll see how that goes bc it takes more time to produce it.

Also the next game will not be called "rise of man" insomniac shut that down.

He'd be a little squirt in the first ditch like he was in WW1. He got where he was cause of his mouth basicly. If he couldn't talk and didn't get the chances he did, he'd be a skinny little angry man holding a rifle while his superiors call him Private. Infact, going with the RFOM story line with Chimera's invasion, Hitler would already be dead. Cause he'd be the first one out like I mentioned above.

there were some true events in the documentary not in the game. The game hasn't mentioned anything about the true events.
