There is no conspiracy, it's very cut and dry; GS employs reviewers that don't play/own PS3 games (this is incontrovertible fact; if you doubt this look for yourself). The Uncharted reviewer has 267 games, 1 of which is a PS3 game (yes that's correct I said 1). Frankly, this is embarrassing.
Whether this can affect the review scores is arguable, but no one would argue that this adversely affects the quality of the review.
Credibility is everything in journalism and unfortunately this does nothing for GS's "PS3 cred" on PS3 reviews, and therefore the vast majority of PS3 owners just plain don't trust the reviews.
This is the real heart of the issue.
Until GS employs reviewers that have and play PS3 games personally, no one in the PS3 community is going to take them seriously.
