Re-Buying The PSP system

I had a PSP last august but sold it.

I now have the fever to play again. Also, my ipod is sh1tting out on me, therefore I am buying a new PSP with a 2 gig stick.

My question is what are the top games available? I played the tops from pre august '06 like syphon filter and daxter, gta lcs.

I am kinda set on MGS:PO as a first game, I am a MGS fanatic of sorts. I also like and motorcycle and dirtbike games along with any racers in general, my only one played is ridge racer - can someone reccomend a good racer? I have wirless connection at my house so i can play online.

Another question: What has changed with the system since August? I.E firmware updates, demos, all the talk about a camera and playing ps1 games - did any of that ever happpen?

metal gear solid is an awsome game that is a must 4 the psp colection i also recomend

rainbow six vegas and if your into 2d mini games hot pixel

sbk 07 is a moto gp game and burnout donomiator those 2 are both great racing games

you can now play ps1 games on psp using custom firmware or if u update to 3.03 or above you can download ps1 games from a ps3 to play on your psp

you can aslo play gameboy advance, nintendo, super nintendo, sega and many other classic consoles using emulators and custom firmware

there is a camera function on the new firmware but its not anything to flash
