No they aren't. Your just exaggerating because you don't like the game. The graphics are better than a lot of games that are out now on PS3.

I din't like the demo, so I'm not defending it, but it obvously looks better than PS2 games. This game is technically impossible on last-gen hardware.

Game's not that great, but even it has better graphics than some next gen games like Qauntum of Solace for instance.

See, its reasons like these that developers don't make fun games anymore, you people all just care about graphics, really is it that big of a deal when i buy a 60 dollar game, I want something that's fun and enjoyable. Not just something pretty to look at..... jeez

although i wasn't blown away by the visuals, it didn't retract from my experience with the game so I don't have a problem with them. and if you think that ps2 graphics are better than this, then i think you should pull out a couple of old games and you'll realize just how spoiled you've gotten. GAMEPLAY COMES FIRST and the demo had pretty awesome gameplay and destruction. jasong1011

I agree with this guy, graphics CAN sit on the back burner IF the gameplay is solid, i must admit i ejoyed the whole romp with the walker, pure class.

I also did like a smash and grab, stole a car and ram raided the garage door, looked so cool the way it split open. Also the graphics might get a fresh lick of paint for the main release, don't count on it though

The graphics really aren't the only thing to complain about. Did anybody mention how retarded the enemies are? They're so easy to beat. Just run up to them and beat 'em down with your almighty hammer. Its rediculously easy. Like pawning noobs.Nephilim83

im glad i wasnt the only one who thought the demo was extremly easy but the destructibility was AMAZING thats what made me like the demo so much

the graphics are **** and the game plays like **** 2 IMO

This also the guy that said he thinks Re5, Uncharted and MGS$ have better graphics then Killzone 2.

Why argue like graphics are the only thing that make the game? It's just flashy eye candy. Games can look great and be complete utter crap. Games can look average, bad or above average and be completely amazing.

wow...you're horrible this is one of the first games to make use of Geomod 2.0 and as for graphics theyre good but not top of the line, but the demo isn't horrible. Sounds like you're just really hard to please.

i actually like the graphics, some places it's really impressive in other things it's pretty standard.

most of all, i was really getting into gameplay and premise of the entire thing.

Some of you guys put way way too much of an emphasis on graphics it makes me wonder why your not into 3D films, or art rather then worrying that a game doesn't have a good story, premise, or if the gameplay is any good.

It's teh very reason i sold Killzone 2. It is by no means a bad game, and it is stunningly beautiful, but the characters are very unlikeable, you don't seem to give a crap of why your there. graphics is NOT enough to carry a game. Fallout 3 is one of my favorite games of all time and it's graphics is looks a lot like PS2 graphically speaking.

anyways... i'm definently looking forward to Red Faction: Guerillia. if you don't like, no need to buy it, nor even complain about it..... I'm not all that nut so for Prototype but you don't see me wasting time out of my day to **** about how terrible the gameplay looks.....

I agree 100% i sold killzone 2 for the very same reason, lack of story and the ability to like any of the characters

I for one am oldschool. I don't play games really for graphics, it's gameplay thatI care about.Graphics are OK at best but I kinda liked the demo. I like to make things blow up. I might rent it when it comes out or who knows, maybe even buy it.

I'd rather catch chlamydia then ever subject myself to that crap again ..
