Recently I was on thepspnation.com and I saw all of the considered "hacks" for replacing their analog nubs and such.  It got me thinking about my own PSP and its D-Pad.  I have noticed that I use the Down button far more than I do the Up, and it's beginning to feel sort of soft.  You guys know what I mean, not the actual button, but when it's depressed you don't get that sure feeling that it responded.  Like you don't get that little kick-back saying "Hello, You Hit it".  I don't know, maybe I'm over reacting to the natural aging of the console with usage, or do you guys experiance the samething.  I was wondering if there was anything out there for the D-Pad.  'Cause as of right now I'm just using the Up button more often.

Yeah I've got the same feeling but it's with my square button all the other buttons give me a little feeling like they click when I push them but the square but just slides and it freaks me out. Also my analog stick gets stuck so I'll be playing socom or something and my guy will start slowly turning to the left which is annoying when your trying to snipe someone, especially online.

Same here, too much Tekken :S.

I miss the good feeling of: "Ah, now I'm sure I've pressed it."
