I'm currently playing army of two ..single player mode and i'm stuck at a checkpoint where i find a parachute and i jump off a cliff...My problem is i can't find a way to control the parachute or switch to the other guy who is in the cradle of the chute with me so i can shoot at my enemies .....if there is no way of doing this...then this has to b the dumbest thing i ever come accross in a game to date...because all i'm doin is free falling and hope the enemies miss..
You have to use the Sixaxis controller as a whole to guide the shoot. It's a motion sensor deal. No buttons, just using the controller like a steering wheel.
You have to use the left analog stick to control the parachute. you CAN'T switch to the other guy shooting (since YOU did the shooting at the beginning remember?!). So just control it with the Analog stick,
Down: Slow down Up: Speed Up Left: "Fly" left Right: "Fly" Right
It's THAT simple. I'm sorry to see that you feel it's stupid. But oh well.. People have their weird standards
Edit: And i forgot. Sixaxis is on by default. So if you use that, just use the sixaxis. Even easier.
thanks for the response..i totaly forgot about the six axis control..appreciate the help everyone...fyi i was only saying it is dumb if all i was gonna do in that level was free fall without being able to steer...but it was dumb on my part to forget i had a six axis control..thanks again
Yeah, he's talking about that base jumping you have to do through the cliffs, I think. Not the beginning of that mission where you have to shoot the helicopter and snipe a couple bad guys. All good stuff.
its funny me and my friend were playing last night we were on that level. and i was supposed to controller the parachute but it wouldnt move what so ever. nothing worked. neither left analog or sixaxis
