This oughta get the haters to shut up finally :P. I'm sick of hearing about how it's going to suck because the controls are bad and it isn't horror anymore.
I can barely wait until next friday! I do really wish that Capcom would evolve controls along with the rest of the game though. I will always love RE even if I walk like a tank.
Another great game added to the series.Its more lke RE Zero and I really liked how RE4 was......but all and all I really think that this game is going to be a hit with the new co-op mode?.

Not really I don't really care to much about graphics.I want good gameplay and story....then graphics.It is always good to see a great looking game,but that does not mean much if the story is bad and the gameplay is worst.

lolz ya. KZ2 destroys both.i dont know about destroys or not. there all great looking games. i have not played to much GoW 1 or 2 but iv seen it at other peoples houses and it does look very good. but for them to say what they did just showed IMHO some big time ignorance or just fanboyism. MGS4,killzone2, heck even deadspace looked on par at the least. speaking of wich "a little OT" i think deadspace gets over looked a lot when talking graphics, that game looked GREAT imo. but any way im not makeing a big deal out of a single comment i just kind of did a facepalm when he said that :p
Reviews are usualy not helpful to me. That being said, IGN offered some vital information. This is not like other RE games, if you didn't like the demo you will not like RE5, and if you can get over it not being horror it's a fun action game worth picking up.
They probably bumped up the score just because of the hype. But I don't care what it scored, I never planned on getting this. It looked mediocre from the start and playing the demo confirmed that to me.

Same... I mean, Chris Redfield or whatever his name is should be used to this gun combat stuff, right? Yet he can't shoot while moving? I understand shooting while moving is hard in real life, but Chris is a supposed hero or something...
I loved RE4 then played the RE5 demo and did not care for Sheva, then I played online and fell in love with the co-op game play. I also played again online and got matched up with a kid that did not know to run from the guy with the chainsaw and that ended the level but if you get someone that knows what they are doing it is awesome.

Same .. I played the demo by myself and hated it really .. but then played co-op with a buddy and it was so much fun ..
Only play with people I know or from here really ..
Played again by myself and it wasn't bad once you get the hang of it, but the co-op is definately the seller for me ..

Yea, I hated it at first too. But after you play it with someone else it becomes more fun to play by yourself.
Uh-huh same. Love the series, been playing since the first hit in 96'. Just like I wouldnt have cared if MGS4 got a 10 or a 2, I was gonna get it regardless.
So if my brother was playing and i wanted to join in for, lets say a boss battle i could join in, then after he could continue playing single player. Sorry im studying for midterms before spring break so my reading comprehension from the review is bad lol. I can't wait for this game killzone and re5 such a good month.

I cant see how the game is going to be any good all I hear is bad news about friendly AI, I loved RE4 but apart from people saying its perfect I hear a lot of negativity
I dont plat multiplayer games, and loved upgrading my weapons in RE4, I refuse to play the demo as I feel this would spoil the esperiance if I did get RE5 so in all honesty is RE5 Single player any good?
