Ok for some questions Are the controls really bad for ps3? Is it really slow paced? Is online coop like you can connect to a random dude and play?

I shall answer them, squire-

No but a little clunky. ie, you can't move and shoot.

Not really

Indeed

It varies. Plenty of areas swarm you with zombies (or whatever they are now) and it gets frantic. Not quite to the level of L4D but still fast paced.

I personally found it unplayable due to the ps3 controls (i got used to the wii version of re4), so i got it on PC. There's a demo, so you can try it out. it's faster paced than the other RE games, but don't expect a TPS experience yes

Sure. I never played co-op but I hear it's a lot of fun. You should get plenty of hours out of what is a relatively cheap game so yes I would.

Resident Evil 5 is such a great game. I usually only play games 1-2 times, but have played through RE5 maybe 6 times. Its not as fast as L4D but its faster than previous RE games. Its designed for co-op so if you play solo, you will miss out on a lot of what makes RE5 such a great experience.

Also, the people who complain about the controls or the inability to move and shoot at the same time make me laugh. Seriously, have none of you guys played Resident Evil games before? These games have NEVER let you move and shoot at the same time! Its a big part of what makes the series survival horror and not action/adventure.

Yep, Resident Evil 5 is one of the most re-playable games I've ever played. Finished it about a dozen times with my brother alone.
