Resident Evil Port to the PSP

ok, recently I have been playing RE4 and RE5. I was thinking to myself that what if they were to make a port directly to the PSP. The controls would be perfect then. Because you have your L button which can make you stop, and aim with the analog stick. Then you can fire with the R button. You can have your triangle button as your inventory and the x button as your action button. Then square could be used as your melee attack. And there you have it. A successful port of RE to the PSP.

Are you honestly saying that you think you're the first to come up of this idea? Ive seen many many other threads just like this "i was playing and i came up with the idea that re would be great on the PSP" Everyone wants RE, DMC, FFVII+, and tons of other PS titles on the PSP, but it's not gonna happen just yet.

It would be better if they build a RE for the PSP from the ground up.

Its suprissing that we havent seen a Resident Evil on PSP. Old RE style, or new shooter RE style would be fine with me.

If you're really desperate, RE, RE2 and RE3 are all available as PSOne Classics on PSN Japan. Hope you know your Japanese well enough.

Yeah, i heard RE2 has English voice acting too. I just dont want to have to go through the trouble of getting a JPN PSN card. Classic PS1 games is a whole other subject, in terms what the PSP could be doing.

I think the USA branch of the PSN would be a lot better if we weren't such a bunch of *******, messing with the rest of the world in a militaristic fashion. C'mon, would YOU give a bad dog rewards? Honestly? Toho Studios finally, GRUDGINGLY, gave the western DVD market widescreen anamorphic prints of Godzilla films... they could have been making money off us fans for YEARS, but for reasons known only to the Japanese mind, they weren't interested in fufilling the fan's need.

If I was a Japanese exec at Sony, I'd say **** the westerners too. And no way does "Tekken" beat "Street Fighter". Get real.

I've got a re-issue of RE on "another handheld system", so I'm not all that jazzed until they get that RE2 on the PSN... but "Dino Crisis"? Oh yeah, I remember watching my roommate play through that... I'd buy that too...:D
