Dont get me wrong, i hope the vita does well for sony as i support gaming. I intend to buy one and all. but, when watching videos of Resistance: burning skies, the first thing that struck me was the poor framerate and and animations. The people on youtube seemed to notice it and comment too, but didnt see anyone discuss it. The graphics are definately nice, but maybe the processor isnt strong enough? i dunno. I know uncharted seems to run better. So is this a developer issue or hardware one? I didn't expect a perfectly replicated console experience, but i felt the vita needed to get as close to it to be a success.

Has anyone else noticed this? any worries? or is it just the developers not having long enough to optimise?

What you guys think?

The game isn't even finished yet. There is still time to optimise it. Besides you can't expect every launch game to be great. As time goes by the developers will get to know the system better and the game quality will improve.

Errr that looks way too similar to resistance 3 on ps3, so i don't think that's burning skies, even though it says it is.

Resistance is not a high budget franchise, it's also never been about graphics. I guess it's just an engine discrepancy where the engine used by the devs wasn't quite optimized or something, or the videos are old builds made just to highlight the functions of the game and not the graphics and performance. Could be a million things i guess.
