Resistance Co-op help

Sup guys I just have a quick question for the resistance co-op mode for anyone who can help me.

I just got the game on saturday and I was playing co-op campaign (offline) and we just beat the Chicago level for the first time. Now after this I thought we'd get another level to go to or something but the orick, california level still wasnt unlocked and neither were any of the others. So after you beat a level once do you have to beat it a few more times to unlock another one? Under the chicago thing it said 1/10 mission things accomplished or whatever so does that mean I have to beat the Chicago level 9 more times to unlock another level? 

If that is what your supposed to do; are there supposed to be different objectives too or just the same ones?

Anyway in short my question is: how do you unlock different levels (or objectives) in the co-op campaign?

All of the levels should already be unlocked. The 1/9 means that there are 9 total intel objectives you can get on each level. 1/9 means you beat it once so you got the 1st intel. Beating every level the number of times that it has intel for will give you a gold trophy
