RESISTANCE HELP pLEASE, ITS VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!

I just tried to play resistance fall of man online. But when i hit x on online play it says that there is a network connection failure. I must have tried 5 more times but it said the same thing. Its wierd because when I quit out of the game and went to the internet browser it was working perfectly. It also said I signed in when I turned on my PS3. I also went to the Playstation store and it worked perfectly. So what is wrong? PLEASE ANY SUGGESTIONS?
