Resistance or GRAW 2?

My friends and I want to buy a game for my other friend for his birthday. (He just got a PS3! :D) He loves shooters (especially tactical shooters) and he wants a good replay value, so online would be a great idea.

I've narrowed it down to either Resistance: Fall of Man or GRAW 2. Which one would he enjoy the must?

If he likes tactical shooters that much get him GRAW 2. IMO Resistance is better with online and stuff. OR get him Warhawk (it has a great replay value :P)

If he is into tactical shooters, GRAW2 is the game you should get for him, but Resistance and Warhawk are really cool for shooter fans.

Between GRAW2 and Resistance, I personally prefer Resistance. Like above poster said, Warhawk is also a great one too. The replay on both Resistance and Warhawk is fantastic. Resistance I've gotten countless hours out of, and have been playing it for the last 8-9months online after completing single player. And I'm slowly trudging through single campaign again to unlock costumes for multi-player. Warhawk has been my main play recently though, the game is so addicting I look forward to coming home from work and jumping into a capture-the-flag match. It's never the same match over and over which constantly keeps the game fresh and enjoyable.

Resistance would be the best choice, but like everyone said Warhawk is sure to be checked out as well.

My friend LOVES tactical shooters, but he's getting interested in sci-fi games now and he says 40 people in a game is revolutionary to consoles.
