I know the registration closed a while ago but, what i couldn't wrap my mind around was, why is it that the province of Quebec wasn't allowed to participate? I mean, i'm from Quebec and i'm 100% sure that there are more gamers in Quebec then anywhere else in Canada. I have a ton of friends that have resistance and would have enjoyed to play in this tournament. Your thoughts?
"In order to participate, you must be 17 years of age or older and a resident of the United States (including the District of Columbia) or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec)."
