In tight spaces with a lot of chimera I just run and gun and maybe throw a hedgehog or two. But for open spaced areas with chimera that are spread apart I'm more careful by using cover, sniping, ect. The only thing that would really give you a lot of trouble is a pack of those damn steel heads chasing you

On easy you never tought about it...But on "superhuman" it was a pain...did the same thing 7 times before i made it, with 2 extra health thingys...haaaaaaardPhortex
Yeah exactly. It's like... the checkpoints seem so far out of reach when you're playing superhuman... even though they're all in the same spot as say, easy.
Is it just me, or are the checkpoints really, really spaced? It makes some of the battles really tedious to do over and over again. This game feels a bit too hard because of that reason.NAPK1NS
I think they r perfectly spaced.
Some are some arent. I think that its in Somerset that they start to space out a LOT. I mean, the gorge level has like the longest checkpoint.
By the way, you have to mix. If you are in coop, you can run and gun, but in single, its better to play it safe. You are alone, and Chimeras are really tough. I mean, I just started the game a week ago, great game btw, but when alone, its tough to survive sometimes specially against Steelheads with the Auger. Most of the other enemies are easy to defeat, just cover and fire, and when in a tight spot, Tag (Bullseye), hide and fire to the sky lol.
Now, for closed enviroments, nothing comes better than a Hedgehog or an Air-fuel grenade. Seeing a Chimera burn = Sweet, now seeing 5 Chimeras burn (skill reward) = Priceless :D
