I bought my PSP from Best Buy back in October. I want to return my PSP because its faulty (its the system, not my fault), but its obviously past the 30 day return policy.

Heres my Question:

Can I take it back to Best Buy and exchange it for a new one?

No, but if you do have a legitimate issue with it, I'm sure Sony would replace it since it probably has a year warranty.

Yes, that is true; Sony has a one-year plan for all PSP owners. Just send it in to them (check up on the instruction manual at the back) and they'll return it to you (here's the catch) in a few weeks. But, if it really is defective, Best Buy just might let you exchange it, since it's not your fault.

If it's best the 30 day mark, then you can't. But Sony will replace it if you do send it into them.
