R:FOM on HARD!!! question (just a quick one)

so i just started R:FOM on hard today i only played it for the first misstion. my question is, is there any Helth packs in HARD?? i didn't see any in the first Levle so......yeah whats the deal?

yah there is, theres just alot less than them. and i believe the first health pack you find is a bit after you get infected with the virus

There were never health packs in the first level.  You don't regenerate either because you're not infected.
