Actually if you have ever played an FPS before you won't. The game has a really good match maker and it matches you with people at your level.
I play Resistance. I don't have Vegas and I don't really plan on getting it any time soon. Ocram_ZepolYeah, i dont plan on buying it anytime soon either. As far as i know, there's still a lot of people on resistence online. I was just a couple of days ago, and for games of deathmatch and team deathmatch, rooms were quickly filling up, so i believe the community is still there.
There's no problem finding people to play against online with Resistance. Doesn't even matter what time of day (or night) you're on.
save your money guys there is lair and warhawk comin outGlock_47
Lair doesn't interest me what so ever but Warhawk does.
Anyways, thanks for the info.
I play R6:Vegas more now, because I like the teamwork better and more people use mics. But Resistance is much much faster to start games and has more people playing. I can be in a game of Resistance online before R6 even loads ups.EmperorSupreme
How do you talk on the mic? I have a bluetooth head set and I can't seem to talk I can hear other people though. I have read the manual for the game and there is no push to talk button all the buttons perform other tasks.
I dont play too often, but everytime I do there are always plenty of servers and plenty of people to play with. The game looks and runs great online too, practically no lag ^^v In my honest opinion it is a much better online experience than R6V. In my experience, R6V has a lot of bugs, glitches, and lag during online play and even though it has better Mic support (and looks a little better visually) it is usually best to just mute your team (not only because they usually spew BS, but the mic can sometimes be very loud and garbled). Also, as someone else mentioned, in about 3 weeks or so Warhawk will be coming out. That game looks to be the Ps3's first real online hit ^^v so ya might just wanna wait a bit ^^;
PSN-ID: Ninja_Mnky (add me, always looking for friends- especially with Warhawk coming out soon)

if your on a squad like "tango" you just talk and the other people on your squad will hear you, if you want everyone on your team to hear you press L3 (push in the left joystick) a little mic will show up in the right hand corner with no name beside it, thats you talkingPlease Log In to post.
