Hmm, old thread. Anyway, the list he gave is very (very) unofficial. Dark Cloud 3 was rumored back in October of 2007 but only because Level5 was said to be working on a new game, they denied it, although I'm sure they will make a DC3 eventually.
As of now, Record of Agarest War is a Japanese only game and I don't think there are any plans for it to be released in the US. So unless you can read Japanese, it's a no go.
Persona 4 is being released on the PS2, not PS3.
While it is likely Star Ocean 4 will come to the PS3 (probably not exclusive, not confirmed either way) it hasn't been announced specifically for ps3 or 360 so could be a 360 exclusive, although I doubt it. It's only been announced as coming to a next gen console.
Dark RPG is made by the same people that did the Kings Field games, Evergrace and Eternal Ring...excuse me if I'm not jumping for joy over this one, because those games were definitely not great, and a lot of their games are downright horrible.
Angel Rings was announced as a Sony developed RPG a long while back, but there have been no pics, info or anything at all released about the game, so it's possible it has been canceled or "delayed indefinitely," as they say.
I'm not saying there aren't any good RPGs coming out, because there definitely are, just wanted to clear up that list given.
(Oh, and there were no rumors of them making a sequel to Legend of Dragoon, but there are a lot of people that want Sony to. I didn't really enjoy the first game, but it definitely had potential. Sony has become a much better in house game developer since LoD, so I wouldn't mind seeing it. Although it's a rumor, it has been said that the team that worked on LoD is working on Angel Rings, and that it's not been canceled.)
