R-type coming to PSP as a tactics game??

What in the heck is this?  A tactical R-Type title for the PSP?  Crazy.  From the screenshots it looks beautiful, but I am still not sold on the turn-based gameplay.  It seems like the last thing you would want to do to a shmup.  

Looks nice....still a weird concept though.  Still....MGS worked so who knows.  Should be interesting.fynne

Yes MG Acid worked, but I think averyone agees that portable ops is better....

yea portable ops did get better rating every where but that game looks tight!
