No, but do you really need confirmation? Wasn't Kojima upset about the lack of rumble last year. Now that Sony supports it, I'm sure it will be included.
i dont know why everyone is saying its not been confirmed when it has......TC yes it will have rumble and yes its been confirmed numerous times by ryan paton himself
Ryan Payton said something along the lines of "We will use the rumble feature when and if Sony announces a rumble controller in the future before the release of Metal Gear Solid 4". I cant remember what was exactly said. but it was something like that.
