That's still speculation until official word is sent. Anyone can say they "heard" something. I "heard" the sky was indigo but I still see it as blue. I'll get happy about a new controller once Sony releases one, not a moment before.

Im sure it doesnt take that long to just go 'This makes the controller rumble, and so does this in a cutscene'
