Or are you saying it like that there going to make a fancyer version of the PSP like how the GBA went into the SP

It wouldn't surprise me to see them unveil a newly redesigned PSP that has the following features:

1) Thinner and slightly smaller. Poor ergonomics are a frequently cited complaint among PSP owners.

2) A build-in camera.

3) Choice of colors!

4) 802.11 G connection. The current 802.11 B connection is old news.

5) Built-in 512 MB to 1 GB of memory. With the option to expand with Memory Sticks...

$249.99 price point?

I would also love to see GPS built-in. In fact, if they added GPS, I'd sell my current PSP and go buy another one.

with production problems Sony has with PS3 i doubt PSP are ready to ship

Sorry to keep saying this, but Sony denied all rumours abiut the PSP 2's FEATURES, I'm sure they would of denied that the PSP 2 wasn't happening too If it wasn't, I CAN'T WAIT TILL E3!

IF what the sourcesaid is true, my money is on a new bundle package of some kind, rather then a redesign.
