If you mean the new Metal Gear Solid 4 bundle with the game, a dualshock 3 and the 80 GB system, it's true. Comes to North America in June.

Europe does have a couple of new bundles coming real soon but they are the 40 GB system. One has Gran Turismo 5: Prologue while the other is a Blu-Ray movie bundle.
