Sacrifice

what did you sacrife, sold, trade for you to get the ps3 and maybe some games games?

ME? 

 I was going to trade my ps2 (the launch version) and a few games did'nt play or did'nt like. But I ended up just trading a few ps2 games for motorstorm and R:FoM. And for the ps3, I just went half and half, half on my best buy credit card, and half cash. I did'nt go broke, so I think it was a good move.

Sadly enough I saved up for five months to get it.

I didnt have to give up anything.  I am fortunate enough to make enough money that I just bought it along with a sweet HDTV.

I had to sacrifice my sanity!  I have always been a SONY fan and I promised myself that I would get it once it came out.  I couldnt get it at launch because I couldnt find one.  Once I did find one I bought it instantly!  The problem is that I found it the day after my AC crashed at my house and I had to shell out $1200 bucks to get it fixed.  My wife practicly FLIPPED out and have given me crap about it ever since.  She knew I was going to get it but the timing couldnt have been worse.  Now she throws it into my face every time an argument about money comes up.  I had to give up the MLB baseball package (which sucks) along with a couple of other concessions.  I plan on selling my PS2 and 35 games on EBAY soon to pay off some of my credit card.  ALL IN ALL.....It was worth it and I wouldnt change a thing!
