Saints Row 2 has NO Trophies for PS3

back before launch the devs said that they were gonna include trophies in the ps3 version of the game (link) not only would it have them but they would be different from the 360s achievements

i read ign's review of saints row 2 which got an 8.2 they mention on the second page

"The only small detail that was left out seems to be trophies for the PS3 fans of the world."

how the game went from having unique ps3 trophies to having none at all is a bit weird but anyway that just the way it goes after reading the review i have made my mind up that i will not be buying it. there are too many other better games

..what ever happen to the good'oll days when ppl played games for the entartainment and fun?..now everyone is spoiled by trophies/achievments...

never cared, never will...just play the f'ing game for what it is!

That's a pity,cos i would've thought most of the newer games would come out with trophies now.They really do make you want to complete a game more,same as achievements on 360.

All Trophies and Achievements prove are how long someone spends playing video games, not how skilled they are at them. Some people have so many trophies and/or achievements that it's clear they spend most of their time doing nothing but playing video games. If that isn't a sign of being a geek, I don't know what is._Classic_Gamer_

umm are you talking about the same trophies that we are?

trophies show ur skill. i could play uncharted for a year and never be able to beat crushing mode where as someone who is skilled could do it in 2 days. same goes for warhawk only a skilled player will be at the highest rank with all the medals etc unlocked. i could play warhawk for years and never get the highest rank or never unlock all the medals because im not as good at the game as others.

i dont see how people are geeks for having lots of trophies. as i have said if you are good you can unlock all the trophies in a game in a matter of days (at leased for uncharted and burnout) so you can have your opinion even if it is wrong

my guess is that u are no good at games and because other people can unlock platinums because they are good at the games that you are jealous.
