Saints Row 2 Problem, can anyone help?

Im not sure if this is where i put this but i thought i would give it a shot,

For some reason on SR2 i cant steer any sort of water or air craft at all

ground vehicles work fine though, does anyone know why this is?

No i agree, but there is no reaction to the sticks at all when i try to use them

the vehicles like heli's or boats just go straight when i use them, no responce

to the buttons at alll

See thats my problem, i know the controls but they just dont work, im wondering if its some sort of glitch or not, they worked early on in the game but they dont anymore, not sure why, ive never had anything like this unless it was a temp glitch, i mean i dont wanna start my game over just cussa one stupid glitch
