SC IV - Vader Arcade Mode

Ok, this is really pissing me off. After the countless tries it took me to actually beat The Apprentice as Vader (even though I had no problem when I tried it as other characters), now I'm endlessly getting my ass kicked by Algol (who had also given me no trouble with other characters). Blah. If I quit now without beating Algol, will I still unlock The Apprentice??The_Pig_Hostage

Glad to hear I'm not the only who had trouble here. Well by some freak accident I beat him just now... phew. 36 minute completion time (and Algol and the Apprentice took about 15 minutes each of that). I don't think I want to play as Vader again for a long, long while...

Heck yeah, I started the arcade mode with Taki and beat the apprentice in 4 minutes, which is a lot compared o the other stages When I played it with Vader it took me close to 40 minutes to beat him. I created a character names GOGO and she beat the Apprentice in 2min 36 sec.. best time against him thus far is 57 sec with a character I created name Blade.

40 minutes?? :o Wow, I guess I actually had it easy. :P And I was ready to kill myself after 15 minutes of that nonsense.

You should try getting to the edge and then grab him to throw him out. that how i did it against Algol and The Apprentice. I was getting pissed off and ready to quit.But then i finally beat it.:Dbran_54321

lol that's how I beat The Apprentice, actually. Felt so cheap... but whatever, he deserved it. Didn't work on Algol for me though. I had to beat him the old-fashioned way.
