I haven't played very many scary games on the PS3. I hear Condemned 2 is?

When was Bioshock Scary.....?Young_Charter
The ideas within Bioshock is kind of scary, the deterioration of humanity in a supposed utopia, learning that main character's entire journey was not pure coincidence but entirely planned since birth, the parallel implications it has on the real world, etc. I guess creepy would be a better word.

I kinda agree with you but the concept seem more tragic than scary.Bioshock was never scary heck RE5 would be there before bioshock would be, condemned would be number 1 by FAR but Siren was a close 2nd, and 3rd would be silent hill i have always loved those games just for the scare every once in awhile. Condemned is in a class of its own, very very scary and a good on the edge of your seat game, i loved it, now if they could come out with another one Soon, if Bioshock is on the "Vote" list then Zombies in COD world at war should be on the list lol it's been alot of times i've turned around and thought it was clear and about Sh!t myself. but yeah if your looking for a scary game, go for Condemned, or Siren, but Condemned first.

siren blood curse. Play this at night home alone and try and enjoy this game. Well be hard to fall asleep at night
Dead Space at the late hours, in the dark, with the surround sound turned up. That was intense. Not so much scary though. Id like a good survival horror game on the ps3. Is there a hard copy of Siren for sale? Or is it only available thru the psn.
Siren: Blood Curse. There are no other horror games on the PS3 the way I see it.

Siren was scary, but it was ultimately crap imo

wow. thanks buddy u just ruined the game for me. Next time put SPOILER ALERT. wow.my fav horor games were condemned1 on the 360 launch and dead space. those 2 games had the most tense atmospheres of all the others this gen{imho}.
I have played and beaten all of those and i think that condemed 2 is the scariest. It wasnt nearly as good of a game as the others are but it was scarier then them
Deadspace with either surround sound or some good headphones will make u get goosebumps. I loved that game and everytime i bring it up, i have to mention how i let 2 friends of mine borrow it and they both said it sucked after only playing it for 15 minutes, personally i think they were too chicken **** to play it.
I haven't played Siren, but the rest of those aren't scary. Dead Space is probably the closest, but it's atmosphere is more creepy and intense than being scary. Condemned 2 was the same way in the first part of the game, but in the second half when you are using guns most of the time it really goes downshill. If you have the means to play Condemned 1 though, that ones is much better than the second in terms of scares. Also, F.E.A.R. was an awesome game that had some actually scares in it, and that came out on PS3.
Dude wth is bioshock doing in that poll? Don't tell me you thought those games were scary... :/kweeni
Nope. I beat BioShock 2 last night and it didn't give me a single scare, even the pop-out splicers in the darkness. I just put the games on the poll that I've played. There's also an "OTHER" option because I knew people wouldn't approve of those choices. ^^
