SCIV update 1.01 issue. ...

OK, so is anyone else having a problem downloading the 1.01 patch for Soulcaliber IV? Every time I turn the game on it tells me I need to do an update (u can get past it by hitting O) to patch to v.1.01. So if i accept I click ok and it takes me back to the XMB and begins a Download of said file. BUT it gets to 3-5% in and just stops and eventually i get an error of some sort ... im pretty sure its pertaining to a timeout or something. That being said my wifi connection is very good since its 10 feet below me and i use it all the time.

Anyone else having this issue because im pretty sure its just all the stress the host servers are going through today with the plethora of users trying to download all day long to play this game. Im just hoping im not alone right now with this issue.

I like how we're just now accepting that we'll have to install 3GBs and/or download a patch before we can actually play the game.

I have the game, but I didn't play it yet. I'm going to finish up Grand Theft Auto IV first, one more mission to go!

I had no problem with the update, it loaded without a hitch. May be your internet connection is not stable. Are you wireless? Are there other wireless devices (PC, PSP, iPhone, etc) on at the time, they may kick you out the network. Keep trying a lot of poeple have the game that may also be the probelm too.
