Sell now or wait until the holiday season?

I am done with MGS4. I have the guide still sealed in new condition. I also have the Metal Gear Saga Volume 2 DVD, also still sealed in new condition. The game is opened but still like new.

I want to sell them on eBay together as a package, but I'd like to get some opinions first. Should I sell it now or do you think I will get more for it if I wait until it gets closer to the holiday season?

The guides will probably become less valuble, but the game could go either way.

How does this help me make a decision?

If you are done with the game you would likely be better off selling now while the buzz is still going around about the game. If you wait until fall most people that were interested in it would have already bought the game- they will be looking to other games like Resistance 2 and other holiday releases.lyndonAPI

nobody cares what you preferred so dont tell us. Answer the question at hand or dont answer the thread at all. I'd sell it now. You'll get no extra money down the line

MGS4 is not that hard to find, neither is the official game guide. You can walk into any gaming store and they'll have both. If I were you I'd keep it. You won't make much money off of it.redskins2156

I'm not necessarily looking to make a profit on the deal. I'm just trying to get more than what Gamestop will give me, especially since Gamestop will not take the guide or DVD as trade-ins.

I am curious as to why you would even sell it. I could understand if you needed the money for another game but honestly If you dont need the cash I would wait until they release some DLC like maps before selling, or maybe trophys.CorporateHammer

Since I am done with it, I can either sell it or let it collect dust. Why wouldn't I sell it?

I always regret things that I sell because %99 of the time I don't really need the money.

but if you really wan't to sell it then do it now.

i say sell it only if there is something to buy but on ps3 there isnt! LOL! so keep it!
