SEN Problems?

Is anyone else having trouble with the SEN? Since yesterday I have had trouble logging in, and when I do log in, all of the online functions are very slow. I have also been unable to play any multiplayer, and the PS3 internet browser is running slow. My network connection says it is at 100% strength, so I don't believe that it is a problem with my connection. Anyone else having problems?

Its your ISP or router, do a power cycle.

I tried a power cycle and I reset the router, but nothing worked.

I couldn't sign in either. Might be some problem going around.

Only problem I'm having is I updated my PS3 but the PS store still looks the same and the icon for the psn hasn't changed to the sen icon.
