I don't want anything new, but Since MGS Collection and the 2 Oddworld HD re-releases are coming to PS Vita, I'd like to see every single HD collection/HD release come to the Vita. That would make my handheld gaming life heaven. Jak and Daxter Collection, Prince of Persia Trilogy, Splinter Cell Collection, Beyond Good and Evil HD, Rayman 3 HD, Ico & Shadow of The Colossus Collection, Sly Collection, God of War Collection, God of War Origins Collection.
I want it to be a more traditional GC or UYA Ratchet and Clank though. I want all sorts of mini missions (there damn well needs to be an impossible challenge!). And I want a good developer to make it!

I find the Vita really interesting, but the cost of the machine and the proprietary memory cards are keeping me at bay. If the system were to drop to $200 and a Souls game came out, I'd be all over it instantly. Seriously, the thought of a Demon's Souls or Dark Souls in portable mode is mouth-watering.
Honestly all the great ones. If these games allow remote play Sony will destroy hands down. Can you imagine being able to just leave a game in your PS3 and access it anywhere with a good internet connection?? That seems amazing to me!
A new entry in the Metal Gear series. Also, because the camera stuff, a Dead Rising games with Frank West would work pretty well. (he's covered wars, ya' know?) But above all, the world needs more Castlevania and Mega Man. I'm sure they'll find an excuse to get Kratos on there by this time next year too.
Given the versatility we have here (assuming developers take the Vita seriously), oh maybe... Killzone Battlefield SW: Battlefront Gran Tursimo Burnout Splinter Cell Metal Gear Tekken One Must Fall (OMF 2097 ROCKED!) Doom Rage Quake Elder Scrolls Total War NBA JAM Borderlands Saints Row Grand Theft Auto ...Just to name a few ;-)
