Series that should've continued

What game series do you think should have continued? I think the Star Wars Battlefield, Thrillville, and Destroy All Humans series should have continued.

Amazon hit it for me with; Colony Wars, Bushido Blade and Nightmare Creatures. Games are sorely missed by me

Oh yeah definitely those old PS classics that were mentioned above and some. Alundra, Croc, Tomba, Legacy of Kain, Ape Escape, Bloody Roar and maybe even Crash Bandicoot

From Capcom: Megaman X, Onimusha, Devil May Cry (the real one), Maximo

Sega: Skies of Arcadia, Shenmue, Castle of Illusion with Mickey Mouse (was actually a pretty good game)

I would love to see a new Legend of Legaia or a canonical Xenogears for RPGs. As for action games, the Medievil series was a great couple of games and deserves a reboot!

Star Wars Battlefront, Condemned, Saw

Syphon filter is one Sony series that has yet to appear on Playstation 3. Six years later Gabe Logan has not appeared. in a Syphon Filter game a perquel or Sequel on PS3. He didn't even make it into Playstation allstars.

• Beyond Good & Evil - Amazing game, there have always been rumors of a sequel but it has never happened.
• Syphon Filter - Fun series that's story has more to offer since the last one left off with a huge cliffhanger.
• Mafia - Series with a great atmosphere and story, plus the second one left off with a cliffhanger.
• Vigilante 8 - We could use another car combat game on PS3 besides Twisted Metal.

Even though the series did continue on the PSP, Valkyria Chronicles should have gotten a proper sequel or continuation on the PS3.

• Syphon Filter - The fact that Logan's Shadow ends on a cliffhanger that leaves you wondering the fate of Gabe and Teresa is annoying. I hope Sony's Bend Studio carries on with the series at some point.
• The Punisher
• Streets of Rage
• Jet Set Radio - I know the HD version is out but I'd like to see a new version.

Battlefront didn't keep going because of licensing or some garbage wasnt it? I remember they tried to make a 3rd one but everything fell apart somewhere. Too bad, it would have been epic with like 100 people on a map at once and over the PSN...Dysantic

XENOGEARS!!!!! Not Xenosaga...that didn't even come close.

Vectorman was pretty cool and would be interesting to see a reboot.

Earthworm Jim would be awesome on todays consoles.

Broken sword, yes i know there is a new one coming, and i know there was a few but 1 and 2 were just epic and i only consider these 2 to be the real broken sword, i wish they had continued with the same style of design instead of going on to 3d which ruined the series.

and a great funny game which was discworld series i'd of liked to see a load more games from them, the second one was so funny.
