Serious Motorstorm problem

Game loads fine and connects to the server for online play without any problems.  When I get to the screen where I'm about to choose a vehicle it reboots the entire game.  This doesn't happen to any other game and I don't have a problem with me online connection.  Has anyone else had this happen yet? It occured a couple of times the first day I got it and each time I've tried today.
