these days most of the updates r pontless add-ons for the game cross edge and what? a couple of LBP costumes??? i mean c'mon! we want more psn titles, demos and BETTER add-ons... ps store is getting worse i believe :(
we just got Marvel vs Capcom 2 and your complaining? And just so u know, add-ons/demos are made by the developer of the game u want them for, so dont go blaming Sony.

I agree. Last week we got Batman: AA demo, and yesterday Marvel vs. Capcom 2. Not every week we get good stuff from the PS Store.

its been about a month or two since i last checked out whats good on the VC. are they still doing weekly updates on game additions? i wish we could get a metroid other m demo. but OT i have been quite pleased with the releases on the PSN lately. if youre upset about the new content, you just must not be inot the games they released lately. i wish i had fat princess though...ill get it soon

Arcade game-wise, the US PSN is up to par with XBL. Except on XBL, indie games come out every other day, but the majority of them really suck. You get the occasional gems, but, really you're better off visiting the addicting games site for 'cheap thrills.' XBL has now matched the PSN in getting 'games on demand,' but, the prices really are ridiculous, and around 50% over what you would pay in the store. They chose good games; I'll give them that much. Too bad I already played just about every one, since they were really the 'must haves.' Game maps and add-ons are identical for both systems by the way. Aside from the superior connection, the dashboard that visually flaunts what's new, latest news, community events, instant Netflix steaming, etc, is what makes the XBL worth the $40/year, and a superior online entertainment system. Game-wise, both networks have an 'okay' variety, but I'd really like to see the PSN convert some PS2 titles into HD, and make them available for $10-15. If the PSN did that, hardly any system that has ever come out sported as many games as the PS2.

Last week had an awesome update but this week yeah it was ok tho i like the Cross Edge DLC and been buying them since day one... seriuosly this game is fun :)

Well, it just seems like XBL has much more demos of games. Also, if they don't make a shop for Playstation 2 games atLEAST by the end of 2010, like Xbox 360 has Xbox Originals, then I'm going to kill myself and before that, nuke Sony's gaming division's headquarters all over the world.
tomb raider and MvC2 was on there. but other than that I agree with you, I look forward to the PlayStation Store Update every thursday, there are way too many cross edge add-ons (every week there is like 7 new ones), why cant they just put them in one package for the .00005% of the gamers who actually play that garbage game. and dont even get me started on Madden 10, you have to pay an extra $10 for the online franchise?!? WTF is that! as if $60 of your hard-earned cash isnt enough for a game.:evil: and the LBP costumes, who in their right mind wants to play as someone they learned back in the 3rd grade? (they had history costumes for sackboy)
I dont think its the store itslef but sony and the devs "fault". Its up to them to talk it over about add ons and mostly demos. I think, i could be wrong.

Cross Edge = my least favorite game this generation.
