\outl0\strokewidth0 \strokec2 It seems that a LOTR video game would be a big desire of developers, but despite numerous tries nobody has been able to get it right. Even though the game is a mix between Assasin's Creed and Elder Scrolls, the gameplay was just way to difficult for for me. After midway through the game all the missions (even the side quests) just began to get impossible to pass. I would try the objectives only to be overwhelmed by 25 enemies and my target. I tried about three hours of quests before giving up for good. Nice try, but not my bag.}

Not sure if serious or just trolling, this game is no more difficult then any batman series if not easier. The gameplay and combat bears more similarity to batman than anything else, 25 eneimes?? with raiding on monsters, archery, shadow strike etc any 13 year old can cake walk 40/50/100 orc slay challenges with eyes closed, which is little less than any batman has to offer. so Shadow of Mordor is hard????.... you are the only person on internet to make such claim

It makes you work for success, but it lets you win if you try hard. I would say that it makes it easy to win, but easy to lose if you approach a situation without thinking at all.

Uhm. Unless you charge in on fortress' without tactic, then yes. But with a little planning and skills, its not that hard.

Sure I died a few times but really, it was mainly because I got lazy and rushed in some fortress or something. It is usually way to easy to kill many from behind and with arrows. I actually hate how the Orcs are half blind and don't see you even when you are relatively close

I found it easier than Batman by far, you can counter at any point of your attack animation and it will insta counter for you.

Batman is less forgiving as in if you are mid swing you cannot counter and you will get hit out of your hit streak.

mass number can be a problem, but having 2 bosses and 2 shield guys is really tough, can almost never do the shield break (X + R1 on PS4) so have to stun and hope I can flurry, but most bosses will have you jump above them and are very resilient, so with 15+ uruks around it's stupid

It can be hard when you have a bunch of uruk's surrounding you and you're trying to kill a boss. I've died a few times, but that's from a lack of reflex, not so much actual difficulty of the boss.
