My Saturday has just been made.

Awesome, I've been considering dusting off my PS2 and getting Shadow of the Colossus. Now I'm definately getting it for the PS3 if this is true.

Really, it was only a matter of time. People were clammoring for this and it doesn't sound too hard to make. Should be easy money for Sony.

so awesome SotC was probably the coolest game i ever played

and now i dont have to pay 40bucks for Ico

I hope it's a reasonable price. I already own SotC, and Ico was only $10 for the longest time. So I wouldn't expect to pay more than the current GoW Collections price ($30).

Nice, now there's only one ps2 game left that I really want to get a ps3 version, which is MGS3.

i could sacrifice a couple AAA titles just for this and The Last Guardian.

Walmart isn't exactly a valid source to confirm future games. Having said that though, I haven't played either game, so a collection would interest me.
