Shadows of the Damned

I honestly thought that this psychological action horror thriller looked way too weird a few weeks back, but I decided to rent it recently and it proved me wrong. None of the bizarre elements are put to negative effect, and the gameplay is just so enjoyable no matter how strange it becomes. The weapons are hilarious but awesome, and it's extremely violent and grotesque with an exceptional art design.

Just my brief thoughts so far anyway.

Who else is having an amazing time with Shadows of the Damned? :)

I'm getting this on Friday, Suda 51 and GRasshopper are my heroes.

i got this game on the 360 and i m really enjoying it.i was expecting a slow and slugglish game like RE5 cuz it has similar game mechanics but i was wrong it is much more fluid wonder whyEA didnt advertise it as much as they do NFSBF or othergames

I almost rented it last week but grabbed L.A. Noire *which I wish I bought now*...

honestly I had so much fun witht e game (muchh better than F3AR I thought). I enjoyed it alot...working on platinum since its pretty simple to do so. The game wasn't that hard on the highest difficulty but tstill extremely enjoyable and I laughed a bit at the humor.

If you like it well enough, you should buy it to support them. I'm enjoying it too, it reminds me of Evil Dead.Deathtransit

I agree. I rented F.E.A.R. 3 just before Shadows of the Damned, and at the time I half-expected F.E.A.R. 3 to be better, but it actually was disappointing. But Shadows of the Damned was the complete opposite - a splendid surprise :D

I'm hesitant on whether to buy this or not. I've been waiting for a good horror adventure game but this game comes off as a cliche demon/hell game as they've been done countless of times. Does this game have any similar gameplay from other games or is it a nice refreshing horror game?

Trust me, you wouldn't have played a game like this before.

no new game + so not that good... seriously why is it so hard for game designers to add this feature nowadays??? even when games do have it, its a DLC.
