Do the research and then decide for yourself, I doubt that if enough people on a forum recommend you a $400 gaming console you'll go out and buy it in a heartbeat.
I have a 360 and not a ps3, but will be selling my 360 for a ps3 next month, but it really depends on what type of games you like and which exclusives you like more, the 360 has some good games but sonys exclusives rock!!

ding ding ding.!!! we have a winner. The only time I turn it on is to download a TV show when my boyfriend comes home from work. Otherwise, I'm playing my PS3. our last xbox rrod on us. So the new one is specifically our "cable" box. Sold most of our games already.

I kind of understand where you're coming from, but there are just as many fanboys in the PS3 forums as there are in the 360's. 360 fanboys will tell you to buy it, and PS3 fanboys will tell you not to buy it. Luckily, i'm not a fanboy. I suggest you get the 360 "IF" there are games on it that you're interested in.

I think the 360 emits some sort of radiation when it encounters RROD. Since every 360 owner has had at least one, anyone could be infected. it's an epidemic!

HD-DVD might as well be dead. I just went to blockbuster and noticed they haven't stocked any new HD-DVD movies, yet the BluRay library is growing fast. They have a huge Blu-Ray kiosk with a giant widescreen that was playing ratatouille as well. good move on Sony's part to include Blu-ray in the ps3. It's the sole reason why blu-ray is crushing HD-DVD. That HD-DVD add-on for the 360 is hillarious. reminds me alot of the 32x for some reason. just a tower of garbage to make up for bad planning.
lol ty 4 all ur help and by the way PS3 owns xbox 360 in the hardware compartment but currently i must admit xbox 360 currently has better game bt nt 4 long thats the only reason i was thinking of bying it lol.and now all xbox fanboys are gunna talk crap.........lol im actually on my PS3 right now.
