Should I buy the PS4 ??

Should I Buy the playstation 4 for fifa 16. Our should i just buy the game for ps3?

Interesting question, is FIFA the only game you wish to play on the PS4 or are there other titles you are thinking of playing as well? If money isn't much of an issue, why not.

If you are a football/soccer enthusiast - PS4 version is the way to go, although it's a expensive purchase for just one game. ;)

I wouldn't buy the ps4 just for one game lol.

@tropblaster: I like to buy a new console for a (at least) few games. You have FIFA on lock, but figure out if there are other PS4 games you want as well.

I bought a PS4 just to play Bloodborne. So.... heh. (basically bought my PS4 for a single game, as well)
I'd wait to see if that Japanese PS4 reduction goes overseas... to the rest of us, first.

Though, in my defense I got a hell of a deal via Amazon, at the time. Paid 400 bucks for Bloodborne, a PS4 with "Last of us" PSN Digital Download, and a 20 dollar Amazon gift card (also, no state tax added due to the console being shipped from a warehouse outside my state).

The deal was only available for a few days, before Amazon wised up and basically removed it. They kept the deal up, but there was no real deal, price wise, after those first few days. They increased the price of the PS4 last of us bundle to 400 bucks, added the default price of the game and removed the 20 dollar gift card. Price was something like 460 bucks.... which was full price and not a real bundle.

...but you can see the user reviews as verification of what Amazon did. I just got lucky with my impulse buying that day.

I wouldn't buy a new console unless there were at least five games I knew I absolutely wanted to play on it. No matter how much fun you have with FIFIA, there will probably come a time when you want to play something else on it as well. If you drop all that money on the console and find most of the other games lackluster (or about as good as something you could've played on what you already had), you will definitely regret your purchase.

If you want it get it then do, if you don't then don't, all the information about it is readily available and you don't need anyone's opinions whether valid or not.

Nope. Get an X1 instead. Buy EA Access and get the last two FIFAs for $30, or, if you have to get 16, you can play it for a few hours before buying then get a 10% discount if you choose to buy it.

There a few (IMO) must have titles already out, including Bloodbourne, MGS5, Dragon Age Inquisition and The Witcher 3. Having recently bought a PS4 it was an easy choice for me. It really comes down to your budget and gaming preferences. For Fifa I'd recommend PS3. I don't think it's worth paying £300+ for one game (Fifa) plus one or two others that you may buy later on.
