Should I get a PlayStation 3

I'm sorry if this should go on the game recommendation post but its here now. So I got a ton of money and gift cards for christmas and was just wondering if it is worth the money to get one. I already have a 360 which I got last year and was just thinking about a few Playstation exclusives. I would really like to here from people who have a 360 and a PS3 but everyone is welcome to contribute, but I don't want any "Get rid of the 360 for the PS3"

I'd hold off a bit in case the rumours of a January/February price drop are true.

Since you've already got a 360, there are no multiplatform games worth getting on the PS3, and the list of must-have exclusives is surprisingly slim. That's not to say the PS3 is a bad system, but it's slightly underwhemling when you've already got a 360. I came from the same place, and I must admit I was disappointed with my purchase for a few months.

However, if you're also buying it as a Blu-ray player it alleviates some of the pain.

Plus, there are some excellent exclusives like Little Big Planet, Metal Gear Solid 4, and Valkyria Chronicles. There are also good exclusives that get unnecessary praise, such as Uncharted (good game, but horribly overrated), Ratchet: Tools of Destruction, GT5: P, Resistance 2, and Motorstorm 2. Ninja Gaiden Sigma is also worth a purchase at its low price if you liked the original Ninja Gaiden and didn't already buy Black.

Also keep in mind Wipeout HD, which is on par with a lot of disc-based games and better than most.

Folklore is supposed to be fun, too, but I haven't tried it yet.

And Heavenly Sword is garbage.
