Then your completely hopeless. I would never put a secure roof over my head at risk just because of a "deal" on a PS3.
Hmmm, a 40G PS3 for $200, with no games, no cables and no controllers. IMO No it's not a "deal". You'd be paying more to get the cables and controller that should come as standard with the system. Games are really essential when considering "deals" like this but it helps.

Please don't ask if you should buy a PS3. Use the various review sites to make that decision yourself. Plus, it says so right here in the Official Sticky :P.
