should i get time crisis 4???

A buddy of mine has it. I played it, I HATED it. I loved it at the arcades, though.

He doesn't like it much either, he feels like an idiot and is trying to sell it back for store credit. I feel bad for him, don't you? :P

Just because someone rates it low or high doesn't mean it's crap, I just say give it a chance. If you like the series back in the day, I say go for it.

BUT I suggest you find someone maybe a buddy has it or if your local game store lets you test out games, maybe they could put it in for you.

I know Gamecrazy *California thing* lets you pre test games.

you know i am also deciding on this factor.

thanks for the input so far... yeah i wish there was someone in town that would let me try it out. i would hate to waste 80 bucks, i dont know what to do i guess ill be getting uncharted instead at least there was a demo and it was fun, i just wish there was a way for me to try out time crisis 4, the ps3 version without puttin down the 80talon9724

Don't! Just rent uncharted. More than likely, you'll only be compeled to go through it once. Good game, but not worth a full 60$.

But ign gave time crisis 4 a 8. If you actually read the gamespot review, it mostly says it got the 5.5 because the controller is a bit intimidating and light gun shooters are dead. Have you ever played a light gun game before? If you can play those, but can put your left hand up for the extension, you can buy this game. It'll last you quite awhile too, if you plan on doing the main arcade then fps mission mode.

Basically decide your purchase on this. If you can use a funky looking controller that doesn't have recoil, and enjoy it, and has a pretty hard difficulty- you can enjoy time crisis 4. Don't let any others tell you otherwise.

they say you can use the controller, but that kills the point of a gun point-n-shoot game.

When you rent Time Crisis 4 you will also additional get a gun with it. The same price of a rental.

Note: If you don't return the gun back, they will charge you on your license or mail you at home. A hefty fine ;)
