I've had it for 2 years (GOW red psp2000). Played both mgs games and a bunch of other stuff. Is there anything interesting coming out soon that I'd want to play? I probably should play peacewalker just cuz i love mgs so much.

Everyone says with the oncoming of the 3DS, you should ditch your PSP. I beg to differ, the PSP's graphical and technological hardware may not be up to date with the 3DSs, but overall, it has way more features. The PSP feels like a pocket PC at times, you can connect it to your PC, play PSone originals, and download applications for it. It still will remain much more superior to the 3DS in features. KEEP YOUR PSP.

well if you compare the only 2 games tyhat have been shown for the 3ds(kid icurus and mgs 3 snake eater) the psp actualy has games with better graphics then the 3ds. like look at dissidia final fantasy or the new gow game.

I think at the end of the day it's entirely up to you..

It all depends on what you get out of your PSP and whether that's enough for you..

Really it's your call, because you're the one who will regret it if the wrong decision is made..

LOL! Listen to me - I sound like a Dad giving a lecture to his son.. o_O

I'm sure there was a bit more than just those two games you mentioned, not the least of which was Star Fox 64, and Ocarina of time was shown behind closed doors. Not that I'm trying to be a fanboy for the 3DS(I'm more of a PSP fanboy really), but to be fair, it is accepted that the 3DS has slightly better graphics than the PSP, and the Metal Gear Solid game definitely looks better than Peace Walker. Not by a large margin, but it's still higher quality than the PSP. I still think the PSP will be a more capable machine in general after the 3DS's release, but I hope Sony comes out with something even better soon.

There's loads of RPGs coming out, if that's your bag. Otherwise, get ready for Ghost Of Sparta. Man, that bundle looks awesome.
