ok here is my issue i want a ps3 but im going to europe for a month in a week and when i come back i want to buy a ps3 buuut i dont know which one to buy the 80 gb or the or 40 but i want a ps2 compatible ps3 so no 40 but what do you do to your unused HHD space and i NEVER played a metel gear solid game so should i get the older versions or should i just buy the MSG4 bundel. thanks

You mentioned that you want a PS2 compatible PS3, but you do not know if you should get the 80GB or 40GB. This is a no brainer. Get the 80GB model. The 40GB does not play PS3 disks. Punctuation is your friend!!

anyway get the 80..if i would have gotten the 40 i would be out of space right now

Yeah, I say get the bundle...it comes with a DS3 and my 60 i've had since launch is slowly but surely running out of space:(
