I want to get one but I think it is too expensive. I am not to thrilled about the quality of games also. Should I wait til after Christmas or the next price drop?
Ok well the games portion will begin to improve in august with Lair and Warhawk, and then for the rest of the year we have other big releases like Hevenly Sword, Ratchet and Clank: TOD, Uncharted Drake's Fortune, Socom: Confrontation, Haze and more. Also, another price drop has been rumored to be around this holiday season, though its not been confirmed yet so we'll have to see. There is also the rumor of the $399 40gb ps3 which obviously a cheaper version. For the price it's really a wait and see, but you really won't have to worry about the games.

I'm not sure what you are saying about the quality of games?? Resistance got rave reviews, Motorstorm and F1 are great racing games, Ninja Gaiden Sigma just got game of the month at IGN, Oblivion is considered the best RPG currently out. And in August we have GRAW2, Medal of Honor Airborn, Lair, Warhawk, Dynasty Warriors, and Stuntman Ignition.
wait till when I hate this word get it there are many games released and others like warhawk and heavenly sword are comin out and buy the 60gb it's cheaper or if u want 20gb but not the 80gb.

It depends on if you want to play warhawk , tekken 5 dr online, heavenlysword , lair, UT3, Hazeetc. This year. I couldnt wait but If ya can you will end up saving money when the price goes down. I dunno ebgames has a nice deal going atm with the 5 blu rays If I hadnt already got one that would of made me get one.
Alot of the AAA ps3 games arent coming till next year so either way ya go you be aight imo.

Only if you want 98% BC, then get it now.
If you don't mind having around 70-80% BC then get it later. Of course the BS via emulation software will improve with time.
