Sick Of These Heroes/Anti Heroes

Don't you guys find it dumb that these characters from various games are not happy with their powers? Take Alex Mercer for example in Prototype. This guys wakes up and is gifted with these amazing powers. Instead of taking a minute to be happy at what he's become hes in a super rush to get rid of the powers and find the person who did this to him.

Same goes for Infamous and countless other games.

All i'm saying is damm i'd be happy if i awakend one morning at had these crazy powers. I'd be next Prince Arthas LMAO.

This is exactly the same thing what i told a friend of mine a few weeks ago.

the infamous character cant go into the water ....... shower ? quench thirst? drink a beer?

If I had superpowers, I'd find another guy with superpowers. Then we'd live on a houseboat and be private investigators with superpowers. And we'd grow moustaches.

meh I think taking over the world would be boring and pointless, once you take over the world what next, just hang out in a big house alone for the rest of your days, only having something to do when people come to try and kill you everyday. That would be lame. Sepewrath

Would having super powers really be good? If you were given the power to heal any disease in the world, would you want the world to immediately know about it? At first, it might be great because you're saving lives and making the world better for everyone, but people with an agenda could easily take advantage of your power.

I would be pissed if I lost my memories because of some BS that gave me the ability to warp/transform my arms into weapons. Alex MErcer was a Citizen with a job, I doubt he would be happy if he suddenly woke up with the ability to cleave people in half.

yeah but other than being a tool of death he can glide run on walls and jump onto rooftops i would find that useful to just about anybody
