Wow just picked this game up considering it was only 20 bucks and didn't know how addicting this game was.....open ended game...... nice story...... great cutscenes...loving it I would have paid 40 to 50 bucks for this game well worth it....If u havent played it I highly suggest u give it a try....U wont be dissapointed.....

Yeah it's amazing how they did it! And the graphics don't seem to have taken too much of a knock! I've missed my tube stop a couple of times playing this!

oh wow! its really 20 bucks! im getting it today, that and me and my katamari! i want to get every single good game for psp, cuz i jus got my financial aid back from school, so i can FINALLY buy w/e psp games i want..i already started off with MGS:PO, and im loving everything about it =]

yeah pretty much every iteration of this game has gotten good ratings, but i think it's because between the PC/xbox/PSP versions i don't think anything has changed other than graphics quality. the one real thing i'm amazed with was that telltale (or was it firaxis?) was able to pull it off on the PSP at all.

on a related note, my best personal score i've ever accomplished on Lumines was done while taking a dump. i swear there's something special about the environment of the bathroom that lets me play portable games better.
I think the $20 deal ended the first of this month. Glad I picked it up when I did. Great game I played for hours straight when I first got it and still do.

Sorry, but I'll be the lone dissenter. I was driven crazy by all the repeated mini-scenes that play over and over and over. Oh, and they can't be skipped, so you may also be zoning out as you hear the same music and same cutscenes each and every time you want to do simple tasks that require being performed many, many times.
IMHO, the best part about this game was getting an a killer boat and wiping every ship off the map. And if you don't want any cannons, just get good at sword-fighting--who needs a big crew when you can win by killing the other ship's captain? Don't worry, even that set of cutscenes get boring, too.
