Yea, in the room where you see the 1st white ninja, right before you walk out of the room, you can see the outline of a square in the floor, stand on top of that, drop down to the underground level, and look in the lock boxes and youll find something that belongs the samari, take it back and put the thing in his mouth and he will open his hand and give you the key you need. I know thats kinda confusing, but its what you need to do.
